Gracelle Beauvais Discusses Her Career, Motherhood, And Mommy Guilt

Seems like actress Gracelle Beauvais is very busy woman these days. After the end of her 10 year marriage, the mother of 3 is back on prime time with the new TNT drama "Franklin & Bash as Hanna Linden. Beauvais recently sat down for an interview with Hitfix and talked about motherhood, her kids, and her career in Hollywood.

On having kids and a career in Hollywood:
It’s really cool. It’s no longer taboo to not only have an outside life but to have kids. And to incorporate them into your life. That’s what it’s about, right? You want to have a family and also have a career. But it’s a lot of work.
On whether or not she can take Jaid and Jax to work:
I brought them to the set of “Franklin & Bash” a while back, which was their first set ever. And we were in the middle of a conference scene, and I heard, “I WANT MAMA!” What are you gonna do? Even though we’re an ensemble cast, there were days when I left in the morning they were asleep and when I came home in the evening they were asleep. So I don’t know how people like Angie Harmon who are number one on a show, I don’t know how they do it.

Evelyn Talks Relationship With Chad, Having, Twins, And Upcoming Wedding

Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozado recently chatted with HollywoodLife to discuss her relationship with fiancee New England Patriots Chad Ochocinco, getting pregnant with twins, her upcoming wedding, and the show. She even throws in some advice to her almost single best friend Jennifer Williams and her feelings on Royce and Meeka not returning to the show.

You seen it on the show, exactly what happened, happened. We resolved it and we moved on. I don’t know if he sees my point but there’s always that man/woman conflict. Our relationship is so public, you just really need to be careful who you’re out with or who you’re seen with because things can be taken out of context and you just never know it can make our lives pretty crazy.

T.I's Message To The People

The King is showing appreciation to those who supported him since day one. T.I, who set to be released out of jail for violating his probation November, writes a message to his support system titled "message from t.i: 

"What up world? This will be my last message from Forrest City. Just reaching out and sending my love, respect and appreciation to all who have been ridin’ with me throughout this chapter in my life and not just recently but since all the things started happening one after another back in ’06. From Big Phil’s murder to my beautiful little angel Leiah being called home to heaven, to my arrest in ’07, the 1st prison sentence in ’09, to this last journey that I’m nearing the end of. 

A lot of people who are aware of all that has happened to me in my life say that there aren’t many men who could have endured and withstood so much pain, pressure and turmoil while managing to remain sane and keep their wits about them. I must say that I wouldn’t have been able to do so without God’s grace and having a strong support system behind me every step of the way. So often we spend time acknowledging the presence of “haters” and all the negativity they send our way but we don’t take the time to acknowledge and appreciate all the ones who love and support us and supply us with the positive energy we need to overcome. We complain about the pain so much that we don’t even notice how much stronger, wiser and better of a person the suffering has allowed us to become.

Fan Pops Off On T.O In Miami

Seems like T.O knows how to keep his cool, while someone yelling the n word in your face. Earlier this month, TO was spotted taking a couple photos with a few female fans in Miami. He declined to take a picture with a male fan, who started popping off on him after Terrell told the fan, "I'm taking pictures with the ladies." The fan even blurted out that T.O is a part of the Illuminati.

Shaq And Hoopz Weird Way Of Smoking

Seems like Hoopz will give the people what they want to see in her upcoming reality series. Before Shaq’s retirement, The Boston Globe spread the news on Hoopz filming a reality show, where she'll focus on her becoming a women’s health and self defense guru, her relationship with Shaq, and her life in Boston suburbs.  
Recently, Hoopz and her man Shaq posted a video of themselves sharing a smoke, where Hoopz is shown blowing the smoke out her mouth and into Shaq's ear, which resulted in the smoke coming out his nose.

Boris Kodjoe Educating Twitter Followers

Boris Kojoe is at again. This past weekend, he expressed his opinion and importance for blackpeople to take better care of themselves when it comes to their health and weight. The series of tweets began when he tweeted:

“Like a baby. Had nightmares though about 300 pound women in thongs gnawing on chicken wings while grinding on me. Scary. Gotta Love North Carolina."

A few of his followers questioned his issues with big women. He responded by telling them he love all types of women and continues by making a point to educate his many followers on health obesity in the African American community. He began the twitter trending topic #FATEXCUSES. Boris named a few reasons why overweight people should lose the weight.

“Ok, people. Just to make it clear. I love all women! I love them tall and short, big and small, dark and light, short hair and long hair. You all know [Nicole] and I are all about health. And we as a community have to be more conscious of our health. The numbers are shocking. I love ‘thickness’. And I love a woman who loves herself. And loving yourself is being healthy. Here some # from the US Dept. for minority health: 4 out of 5 African-American women are overweight or obese! Obesity related diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer (only 5 types of cancer are hereditary) are the leading cause of death. It’s not about conforming to these ridiculous ‘skinny’ beauty standards in the media, it’s about being healthy so your kids can be healthy.”
