Teairra Mari Booked For DUI

Looks can be very deceiving as the saying goes. That's something I had to remind myself when I first read this story on Teairra Mari. The former Roca Fella singer was arrested last night on a DUI. The 23 year old rear-ended the front of her silver Infiniti, while driving through Beverly Hill around 3 am. According to TMZ, police at the accident scene saw "signs of intoxication" from Tearira, which resulted in her arrest for DUI. A witness at the scene told TMZ that Teairra was really messed. 

However, it doesn't stop there. Seems like Teairra wanted to go at it with one of the officers, while being cuffed. The officer suffered a minor cut to his hand. "The Lottery Ticket" star is not only facing a DUI charge, but she's also being charged for assault on a police officer.

Karrine Steffans Clears Up Basketball Wives L.A Rumor And Is Not A BBW Fan

Former video vixen Karrine Steffans was seen with the Basketball Wives of L.A cast a few weeks, which led people to think if she was apart of the upcoming reality show. Well yesterday, Karrine made a call to The Morning Riot show to clear things up about the rumor. She even gave her thoughts about the show, which revealed that she's not a fan of the show or VH1.

Are you a part of the Basketball Wives L.A cast?

I’m not a part of the cast. I did one episode for Jackie Christie who’s a friend of mine and I’m not sure if I’ll be doing more cameos other than that. I’m a little funny with that reality show situation. I’m just really not a big fan of the production behind the scenes and what goes on in reality shows. The drama it includes….so I’m not looking forward to doing more.

Beyonce "Pulse" Fragrance Commercial

I must say, Beyonce is one of the most busiest woman on earth. She's dropping albums, having concerts, doing promotions, making appearances, and perfums. Bey released her new fragrance "Pulse" last month. The fragrance is the follow up to her successful fragrance Heat and Heat Rush. She even shot a commercial for the perfume.

Beyonce wraps up her "4 Intimate Nights With Beyonce" concert series tonight at the Roseland Ballroom. She performs her entire "4" album in NYC with her all women band/orchestra, which includes women on guitar, violins, saxophones, and even a hart. A behind the scenes video takes you inside of the concert series event. The part 1 mini documentary gives you a look at her band/orchestra, dancers, musical directors, and production crew preparing for the concert. Bey's lead guitarist BiBi reveals that "4" is her favorite Beyonce album, since the diva is able to do what she wants this time around.

Game Apologizes L.A County Sheriff

The Game officially apologized to the Los Angeles County police after his twitter prank. The rapper played a joke on the department (via twitter), where he tweeted the sheriff's station phone number. Game's twitter prank led to the department's phone lines to be busy for 2 hours. He recently appeared on CNN and stated:
"My sincerest apologies to the sheriff's department, and it was a joke gone wrong."
It was being reported that the prank was under investigation and the Game was facing charges over the twitter prank. However, The L.A County Sheriff's Department decided not to pursue any criminal charges against Game, since he apologized. 

Rachel Roy's Visit To Haiti

Fashion designer and philanthropist Rachel Roy paid recently paid a visit to Haiti with Martha Stewart and Terry Lundgren (CEO of Macy's). Roy's main purpose of the trip was to create jobs for women  of Haiti. The three visited Port-Au-Prince to look for business opportunities with Haitian artisans. 

Rachel kept track of her activities in a journal. She wants this experience to inspire those who support women empowerment and children in third world countries to continue the movement.
