Here's an update on Sean Kingston's condition. Sean Kingston finally took his first walk earlier this week and is expected to fully recover. Kingston publicist Joseph Carozza sent an email stating:
"Sean is breathing on his own and walked for the first time this morning. Sean thanks his friends, family, and and fans for their outpouring of prayers and well wishes." - Joseph Carozza
According to Kingston's mom, Sean will like to personally thank Riviera (the off duty Coast Guard that saved him) when he gets better.
