Cee-Lo did it again. This man is always surprising viewers with his crazy, unique, unusual outfits. The singer honored the beautiful/BET Life Time Award Recipient Patti Laballe by singing one of her classic joints, while wearing Patti Labelle inspired black head ware. He even had a bottle of hair spray at hand and sprayed it as he was singing. This man is crazy, but unique.... which is something I've always liked about Cee-Lo. He knows what to do to make him stand out. Go Head Cee-Lo.
The Patti Labelle tribute began with a introduction by Legend Gladys Knight, then a performance with Cee-Lo, followed by another performance by soul singer Marsha Ambrosious, and ended with the lovely Pastor Shirley Ceaser. It was a beautiful tribute. Patti, who seems like she is not aging (she's 67....WOW) hit the stage and sang some of her popular classics.
