Now, we all know that Kanye West is a fashion fanatic. He's expressed his love for fashion verbally and through his style. This past weekend, the rapper debuted his fashion line in Paris. He joined forces with British designer Louis and Givenchy's Riccardo Tisci to invent his line "DW," which is named after his mother Donda West (who passed away in 2007, due to complications from surgery). Celebrities like Lindsey Lohan, Ciara, Mary Kate Olsen, Ashley Olsen, Jared Leto, Sky Ferreira got front row seats of the fashion show, as well as fellow fashion desingers Alexander Wang, Jeremy Scott, Josepy Altuzarra, Jared Leto, and Anna Wintour.

The models strutted their stuff on the Paris runway to Waka Flocka Flame's Hard In The Paint" and Common's "The Light" (nice way to take it back yeezy). Models Chanel Iman, Jourdan Dunn, Karlie Kloss, and Abbey Lee Kershaw and more rocked a mixture of fur, leather, hooded, and bondage style dresses. Critics even pointed out that the fashion line had an influence of Givenchy and Balmain.
After his big debut in fashion, Yeezy told reporters:
"I'm so scared, I'm so nervous.
The Biggest conversation I hope I can end tonight is whole 'celebrity designer" thing/ That's the biggesthurdle when you wnat to get amazing people to work with you."
Designer Jermey Scott expressing his opinion on "DW":
"Everyone probably though it was going to be another like Jennifer Lopez's Macy's line and its not, it's really clear it's not. Kanye has impeccable tast and you see his taste level is up there. He's a fan of desing across the board. I have five-hour long conversations with him all the time about everything because he's so obsessed, and I think we got a little bit of an insight into his mind there."
Ciara even had some great things to say about the collection:
"He did a great job. I walked away from this show feeling like I would love to war this line. There is so much in it that's right up my alley. especially since for me, it's so cool to see someone come from our music world and do something like this. It's really hard."
