After seeing Lauryn Hill at my Homecoming (University of Miami) this past November at a live concert, I became a even bigger fan. Well, gorgeous soulful singer is making her way back to DADE COUNTY.
The 6th annual "Jazz In the Gardens" is coming back to the 305. Hill is among the many performers set to perform at "Jazz In The Gardens." The event, which has been voted as the best festival of 2010 by the Miami New Times, will be held in Miami Gardens at SunLife Stadium on March 19th and March 20th.
The line-up of "Jazz In The Gardens" on March 19, 2010 includes Lauryn Hill, Charlie Wilson, Al Jarreau, Jazmine Suillvan, Doug E. Fresh, and Slick Rick "The Ruler." While, legends like Gladys Knight, EnVouge, El DeBarge, Lalah Hathaway, and Branford Marsalis take us back with their classic hits.
Our very own Miami Dj, who is also the official Miami Heat D.J "DJ Irie" will be on the 1's and 2's. He'll bless the audience with his unique mixing skills.

Many of you will have to take a trip down to Dade County, if you want to see these great acts. Honestly, it will be worth it. I'm so GEEKED.
